Payment Guide How to pay

Important notes:

The PRICAI 2026 payment channel opens on September 1. Please complete your payment after this date.
Each accepted paper must have at least one author complete full registration by September 25, 2026 (AOE).
There are several fee categories — please pay according to the category that applies to you.
Double-check the invoice title, tax number, payment amount, and other payment details before paying. Confirm everything is correct before you submit your payment.
Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
Please avoid paying the wrong amount or entering incorrect details. Once an incorrect payment has been made, we are unable to process a refund.
If you plan to apply for the PRICAI 2026 Student Scholarship, please wait until the scholarship results are announced on September 17, 2026 before registering and paying. Scholarship recipients do not need to pay the registration fee or provide payment proof. Instead, they should upload a screenshot of their scholarship notification email.

Registration Information

After completing your payment, please fill in the form and upload your payment proof. Scholarship recipients may upload a screenshot of the scholarship notification email instead of payment proof. Fields marked * are required.

1. Attendance

Attendance is in person (offline) by default. If you cannot attend PRICAI 2026 in person, please check the box below and provide a supporting reason and relevant proof documents. The PRICAI Organizing Committee will review your case and inform you of the decision. We strictly enforce the no-show policy, so exemptions are expected to be granted only in very exceptional circumstances.

2. Student Status & Paper Registration Coverage

Each accepted paper must be covered by at least one full general registration, unless the paper is covered by a full student registration from an eligible student author as specified below.

How can I prove my student status?

Valid student identity documents include, for example: a student ID card, a certificate of enrollment, an official enrollment verification report, an official transcript, a registration / enrollment certificate, or any official document issued by your institution confirming your current student status.

What should I do after paying?

After paying, complete the form above and upload your payment proof and any required attachments. You will receive an email confirmation within 5 working days.

What is the registration process?

Select the appropriate registration package.
Pay the corresponding amount and save your payment proof.
Submit the registration information through this page.
Save your registration confirmation receipt, which will usually be sent by email within 5 working days.

What is the refund policy?

How do I obtain an invitation letter?

If you need one for a visa, please provide the attendee details in the form above. Once your registration is confirmed, we will send the invitation letter to your registered email within 5 working days.
